After all business is concluded with a family and the funeral, memorial, or cremation services are completed, we mail out a small information packet. Within this packet is a survey that is provided by Selected Independent Funeral Homes. Selected Independent Funeral Homes is an international association of independently owned and operated funeral homes that was founded in 1917. Membership within this organization is by invitation only, and is extended to funeral firms only after a thorough evaluation of their reputation, character, service, and facilities.
The survey that is sent out is a part of ongoing membership requirements of Selected Independent Funeral Homes.

When our Mother died, Josh Taylor and Liam Hill helped us with our final arrangements for Mom. Everything was handled so respectfully, from coming to get our Mom's body from the assisted living , to her final interment. Both Josh and Liam were very helpful, and felt they exhibited maturity, compassion, and empathy. I commend Mr. Wittenberg for hiring compassionate, caring people and fostering qualities of empathy compassion and attitudes of courtesy and concern.
Thank you for all you and your employees did to make Mom's arrangements and visitation a smooth process and nice reception. We knew we were in good hands, and being able to relax about that aspect of the "details", meant so much to us.
