Biography: James Rodney Shaddox, age 72, of Little Rock died on February 2, 2011. He was born in Harrison, AR on July 25, 1938 to the late Sherman and Oma Fitzgerald Shaddox. After graduating from Harrison High School, he went on to receive his B.S. Degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha men?s fraternity. He spent his career with the Kellwood Company in Little Rock. He was a member of St. James United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara Shaddox, his three daughters, Kathryn Johnson(Robert), Stacey Shaddox, and Ashley Craig (Dale) all of Little Rock, six grandchildren, Wilson Milne, Hannah and Emily Johnson, Allison Dayer, Anna Marie and Hunter Blair, and his sister, Sharon Shaddox. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A celebration of Rodney?s life will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ruebel Funeral Home. I truly feel your pain as it has only been a short time since Joe passed. Please accept my condolences and be assured Rodney will be included in my prayers. God bless all of you during this sorrowful time and in the future. Rodney was always a true gentleman at the club.
