I was blessed to have known Tink since high school. We had so many good times, back when the worst thing we did was smoke a cigarette.
She was unpretenious, funny, sensitive and respectful. She was a good girl. I am thankful God called her home gentlely. She has already got thhings in shape up there.
May wonderful memories comfort all of you.

My cousin Marilyn Elder, one of Tinks best friends introduced me to Tink. Tink was one of a kind and I loved her from the beginning. Tink loved people and would do anything for you. When you put Tink and Marilyn together, it was an amazing, but wonderful experience. They had a great friend relationship. My husband, Clifton knew Tink in school and thought the world of her. We love you Tink. " God take good care of Tink"

I have been so very blessed in my life to know Sanford and Tink. They were something unusual to say the least! True best friends AND they were married for a long time! Tink was the general and Sanford marched in Tink's step and he never complained a bit. Tinks big personality and warm heart was something this world needs more of. I will miss her funny remarks and many hugs that I experienced over many years. I am so blessed to know that she ended her life with a personal relationship with Christ. Tink, don't worry, we will take good care of the Sandman, probably not near as good as you did, but we will be there for him. I love you Tink and I will truly miss you. God Bless.

Tink will surely be missed and was a great person. She was a great friend to my mom "Trish Owens Wood" for many years there in Little Rock. I remember Tink as one who would say exactly what was on her mind, and that is what made her honest and special. At least now Tink is in a better place and no longer suffering. Skip Portman
