To the Ebert family: So sorry to hear about Shirley's death. We generally talked on the phone at least yearly after Craig Borden's death. She was a fiercely independent, vibrant, fun-loving woman with a big heart. I heard so many stories about Dick/Shirley/Craig/Stella during their professional years. She always enjoyed talking about all her family. She and Craig also shared their love of Lake Superior. We still have his condo and go up frequently. And oh, how she loved her dogs!! Would love to catch up with you. Sorry for your loss--wish I'd known. Lois Boyer

To the Ebert family: We are sorry to see of the death of Shirley and want you to know we were pleased when she and Richard moved in Maumelle Vista on Lake Maumelle which was our subdivision. They were always nice to everyone and made perfect neighbors. One of our mutual friends said she said NO when they tried to get her to move into Little Rock after Richard died. She certainly was a loving and kind lady and will be missed by all. George and Caralou Millar, #4 Pin Oak, Conway, AR 72034

To Shirleys Family,
Your Mother was always so sweet. Some times when I went to get my mail Shirley would be going out or coming back home and she would stop and visit on Lake Vista. She loved to take her dogs for a ride in the car. She will be greatly missed by the many who knew and loved her.
God Bless
Kathy and Gary Bell
