Herschel, Carole, Gayle & Christie

I don't know if you all will remember me but I worked for your Dad in the early sixties. When I read the obit I remembered him telling the colorful stories of him starting out with the Army surplus supplies in the back of his truck. He took a lot of pride in his accomplishment as well he should.

I enjoyed my time working there. He was a bigger than life person. He also held his age at bay better than anyone I ever saw. I have seen him a few times over the years and he always looked like he did the first time I ever met him.

I know that you know he will never be gone because he lives in your hearts and in your many memories.

Becky Lattin sends her condolences also. She worked for Herschel after I did.
