My thoughts and prayers are with the family. How sad it is to lose a loved one in death. The Bible speaks of death as an enemy that will soon be brought to nothing. May you draw comfort and strength from the promise at Revelation 21:3,4 where it says in part, "God will wipe all tears from their eyes and death will be no more." Mr. Westphale is now in God's memory with the hope of benefitting from the promises that will be fulfilled under God's Kingdom arrangement.

Steele,
I was sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. I think the last ime I saw you was at your mom's funeral. I am not sure if I can get to the service but, I will certainly try. I would love to see you.

Claude will be missed greatly here in Scott,AR. He was a very giving man and helped the community of Scott with generous offerings from him and his son Steele to the Scott Volunteer Fire Dept so we would have a place to build a fire station. With this offering we have for years and will continue to protect lives and property in and around Scott. We will continue to remember him every time we are in the station working and training and when we respond to emergencies helping his neighbors in need. Thank you Westphale family from the bottom of our hearts, we are greatly saddened by your loss. I personnaly have known Claude all of my life of 54 years and he was always a frendly lively person to talk to. Claude would always go out of his way to say hello if you crossed paths anywhere just to talk and say hello and wish you a good day. Again, condolences from Ron Myers a friend and the fire chief and from the members of the Scott Volunteer Fire Department.
