Joan Ryan was a beautiful lady. Not only was the beauty outwardly visible, it was also an inward beauty. Joan was very admirable to all who had the pleasure of knowing or working with her. She may be gone but not forgotten. May God bless and comfort the hearts of her family who remain.

Joan was a very classy lady who was efficient on the job. She was an outstanding student in my staff development computer classes for PCSSD. Joan even registered Ray for the basic keyboarding class to make sure he could type; then he could use the computer.

Joanie was a beautiful woman from the inside out--one to b admired for her graciousness, her giving spirit and her love for life and her fellow man.
I knew Joanie from years in BPW and especially when she supported me so strongly during my time as State President of the organization---always keeping me on track and sometimes with nothing more than a hug a simple smile that only she could deliver.
I love you Joanie and will miss you.

Miss Joan made a huge impact on my life at Pulaski County Special School District. From the age of 18, I worked for her as a student worker and she continued to influence my life even after she left PCSSD. She made me the professional person I am today. She, Mr. Ray, and I shared many what I call "FAMILY" dinners. I will cherrish those memories forever! She was a wonderful lady that I loved dearly. She will forever live in my heart. My prayers are with you all and even more with Mr. Ray.
