Biography: Marshall Smith Johnson, II, 30, of Little Rock died July 4, 2006. He was born in Little Rock a son of Darrell W. and Gray Loughridge Johnson. He and Stephanie Funk were married on October 9, 2004. He graduated from Ft. Smith Southside High Schooland received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and a master’s degree in information science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He was currently employed as a systems administrator with Dillards. He was a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church and the Foundation Sunday School Class. Other than his wife, and parents he is survived by sisters, Sarah Gray Johnson and husband Charlie, of Orlando, FL and Kelly Bartholemey and her husband Matt of Palo Alto, CA. brothers, Kevin Johnson and wife Lyn of Baltimore MD, and Dr. John Wright and his wife, Jennifer of Ft. Smith. AR. He is also survived by Stephanie’s parents, Jack and Pat Funk, of Scott, AR, maternal grandmother, Dorothy Loughridge of Ft. Smith and his beloved dog, Oosha. A visitation will be held from 5-7p.m. Friday at Ruebel Funeral Home followed by funeral services at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church at 10:00 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to either ARORA, or Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church or Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
