Sue and Mary Lou;

You will probably not remember me, but your Mom was my 4th Grade teacher in 1960-1961 while we were in the old gym for a while before we moved to the new Central Elementary. She was always one of my favorite teachers and I had nothing but the greatest affection for her and great memories of our year together. I was just in Blytheville for my class's 40th reunion a couple of weeks ago and pointed out to my wife the windows of the old gym where we went to class for a few weeks, a memorable experience. You have my deepest sympathy. No one is ever quite ready for the passing of a parent, no matter what age. She was a wonderful woman. I will be thinking of you and praying for you both. She touched many lives, mine included.

Mark Day
