Biography: Theodosia Jane Cast Simmons, 67, of Little Rock, sweet child of God, passed away Monday in Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock after a long struggle with cancer. Born Nov. 18, 1941, in Newport, she was the daughter of the late Herschel Cast and Theodosia Jane Bandy Cast of Newport and Little Rock. A graduate of Little Rock University, she was a member of the Bible Church of Little Rock, where she was a volunteer receptionist prior to the onset of serious health issues. She distinguished herself in lifelong bonds of love with friends Linda and Bruce Pemberton (and Lisa) of Alexander, Judi and Ronnie Clifford of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and Jamie and Kenny Castleberry of Little Rock, not to mention the Magnolias (Kathy, Dal, Anita, and Mary Lou).
