I have known about Miss Lovett through her caregiver of 9 years, Ruth Hudgens. This past Valentine's Day I had the pleasure of meeting her in person.I read her card from Meredith to her and told her how much her family loved her.She listened intently as I talked about all kinds of love with friends..and the love from above. I read from the book of Psalms to her, as Ruth had so often done. When it was time for me to go, she started wagging her finger and thumb...not a random act! Sharde said that was how she waved good-bye! That simple gesture made my day...a true lady to the end...My thoughts and prayers are with you Charles and family...

What a privilege to be able to meet and get to know dear Marion! Since our friendship was at the HealthCenter, she was able to communicate very little, but the expressions in her eyes and seeing her lips say, "I love you" meant the world to me. How special the times when she would grasp my hand, not wanting to release it. Each caregiver was an angel!!

Love to all who loved her--
Susan
