Please accept my heartfelt condolences at the homegoing of your precious mother, Chris. It has been my privilege to know her for 17 years, as she served faithfully as a volunteer at Baptist Health in Little Rock. Her beautiful countenance, outgoing personality and Mississippi accent will be truly missed by all. I loved she and your Dad, Jack, very much and they will always have a special place in my heart.

Thinking of you,

Diane, So sorry to learn of the death of your mom. I have fond memories of her.

I remember way back when - we all lived on Indian Trail - and our moms played bridge together and we all went to school together. Those were the good ole days for sure.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Greetings from a cousin in Jackson, MS. I saw the obituary about your mother, Chris, and wanted to express my sympathy. I am a distant cousin. While I never met Chris, I heard about her. I knew her mother as "Aunt Tip". My father and your mother were first cousins. My grandmother, Laura Catherine Loflin was Christine (Tip) Loflin's youngest sister. I have a photo of that family, circa 1904-1906, when Tip was about 18yr. and my grandmother was about 2yr. I would be glad to share it if you'll send me an address. Laura married Robert William Naef and they had 6 children. My father was Richard Naef, a neurologist. He died 4yrs ago, and my mother two years prior to that. Laura and Robert Naef had 6 children, 19grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and at last count 2 great-great-grandchildren. So, you have a lot of relatives. I'm sending a copy of your mother's obituary to my aunts, Catherine Naef Hester, and Roberta Naef Selah. They remember playing with your mother as children. Again, please accept my condolences. I hope hers was a peaceful death and that you can receive comfort in hers being a life well lived. Lorie Naef, 820 Timberlain Dr., Jackson, MS 39211

Your Mom was such a good friend to my Mother, Mary Freeman. And later, to me, when I attended Lifequest. She was always a ray of sunshine! She will be missed.
