Biography: Ellen Lucy of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2006. She was born October 3, 1951, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Leona Lucy Bailey and the late Knox Lucy. She attended Hall High School. She is survived by her mother, Leona Bailey and brother, Richard Lucy, both of Little Rock and her beloved companions Asta and Mr. Darcy. Ellen had been a valuable Tyson Team Member filling a variety of roles for over 33 years. Most recently, Ellen worked in the International Division as a Product Manager. She will be missed for her strong contribution to the company and for her commitment to co-workers. Ellen was a member of University Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Ellen was formerly actively involved as Board Member of the Humane Society of the Ozarks for over ten years and was a volunteer of the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville for a number of years. All who knew her will miss her wry sense of humor, her zest for life, her love of Razorback Basketball, and her dedication to the humane treatment of animals. Ellen’s funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2006, in the Chapel of Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 W. Markham Street in Little Rock. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
