Biography: Edward L. Wright died April 18, 2008, from complications of a stroke that he suffered in September. He was 75 years old. The son of Edward L. and Rosemary T. Wright, he graduated from Saint Louis University in 1954, served in the Korean War, and graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law in 1959. He practiced law at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings from 1959 until 1990. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Sarah, of New York, New York; his former wife, Mary Ann Lofton Wright of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; his sisters Missy Anderson, Bridget Warner and Kathleen Atkins; and by many nieces and nephews. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, where he served on the vestry and was a member of the Cathedral School board. He was a life member of the board of Youth Home, Inc. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.
