Biography: Barbara Mae Johnson Pearson, 63, of Little Rock went home to be with her Savior on Friday, April 4th 2008. She was born September 20, 1944 to Robert and Billie Johnson. Barbara was a wonderful wife and homemaker. In recent years, she also enjoyed working at Autumn Road Family Practice. She was the world’s best Granny and always loved to laugh. She made life fun for everyone around her. Barbara always said “Happiness is a choice” and that is the way she lived. She is survived by her beloved husband and best friend of 42 years Arthur “Corky” Pearson. She is also survived by her daughters Angelica Herrera and husband Patrick, Kate Bueche and husband Mitch and her three precious grandchildren Savannah and Hunter Herrera and Serena Bueche, all of Little Rock. Other survivors include her father, Robert Johnson and wife Jacky of Cabot, brothers, Jim Johnson and wife Judy and Kennith Johnson and wife Patricia and beloved cousins Nancy Kolojaco and Robyn Guy, all of Texas and a large extended family. She will also be dearly missed by her many friends. Barbara worshipped the Lord at First Lutheran Church in Little Rock. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 8th at 4 p.m. at First Lutheran Church on 8th and Rock Street.
