He is survived by his daughters, Melody Webb, Debbie Diener, and Sabrina Chan ( William ); grandchildren, Samantha Reed, Mamie Chan, Billie Chan, Tara Webb, and Jason Webb; and 1 great grandchild. Duane was a successful kidney transplant recipient and the family requests any memorials to be made to the Kidney Foundation of Arkansas, 1 Lile Court #201, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
