Biography:

Wilson Wyatt (Mack) McCoy, Jr, age 86, died peacefully on September 8th, 2026 in Little Rock, AR. He was the eldest sibling of five born to the late Wilson Wyatt McCoy, Sr and Helen Kathleen McCoy on May 16^th, 1940 in Kansas City, MO.

Mack is survived by his daughter Julia Marie McCoy MD (Ellie), his grandchild Hannah McNeill, brothers Bill McCoy and Robert McCoy, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife of 64 years, Karen McCoy, brother Joseph McCoy, and sister Patti McCoy.

Mack began and ended his career as an employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (later, becoming AT&T). He started as a communications manager in 1964, and retired as an executive business manager in 2004, spanning 40 years! He was a trusted leader within the organization and was known best for building long-lasting relationships. He led with integrity, humor and a strong sense of responsibility for his team.
               
Mack was also a lifelong fan of the Arkansas Razorback Football Program and shared his passion with friends and family. He will be most remembered for his loving and loyal spirit paired with a great sense of humor.

A viewing will take place at 10:00am on Monday, September 14th at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 4106 John F Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, followed by a funeral service at the church at 11:00am. A graveside ceremony will commence at 2:30pm at Mineral Springs Cemetery in Mineral Springs, AR.
