Biography:

Nickoli “Nick” Jarrett Rud was born December 24, 1987 in San Antonio, Texas and passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas.  He was a resident of Allen, Texas, having recently returned to Texas following a period of years living in the Eureka Springs area of Arkansas.  

Nick was a graduate of Allen High School and was employed as VP of Sales for Rud & Pickarts Marketing Co., a Manufacturer’s Representative Firm founded by his grandfather, Dick Rud.  In addition to his love for his sons, he enjoyed his friends, motorcycles, shooting and outdoor activities.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dick Rud; grandmother, Sue Jarrett Sandifer; and uncle, Robbie Pate Trahan.  He is survived by his sons, Reese Christopher  Rud and Jarrett Thomas Rud of Holiday Island, Arkansas; father, Eric Rud and his wife Jenell of Allen, Texas; mother, Denise Rud of Allen, Texas; brothers, Dusty Rud of Allen, Texas, and Thomas Rud and his wife Kara of Allen, Texas; sister, Emma Rud of Lubbock, Texas; Step-Sister Erica Seward and her husband Arick of San Antonio, Texas, Grandmother, Jill Rud of Parker, Texas; Grandfather, Randy Sandifer and his wife Adriene of Fairview, Texas; Uncle, Bart Rud and his wife Jennifer of New Braunfels, Texas; Aunt, Kris Mills and husband Scott of Murphy, Texas; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on June 13, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Church Eleven32, 700 Rivercrest Blvd., Allen, Texas 75002.  Interment will be at Fitzhugh Cemetery in Lucas, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of RuebelFuneralHome.com
