Biography: James John Witkowski born in Niles, Michigan passed away May 22, 2026.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Joan Witkowski.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia of 36 years, daughter Katy Manning, her husband Tomas Manning, and granddaughter Kaitlyn Manning, brothers, Michael Witkowski of South Bend, IN, and Thomas Witkowski of Greenwood, IN, sister Theresa Teeple of Dowagiac, MI, and multiple cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jim retired from a successful career in men's clothing sales where he worked in Arkansas for 40 years. He was Peepaw to his granddaughter, they enjoyed playing in the park and visiting the animals in the zoo. Jim also enjoyed fishing, cartooning, and taking care of his properties in Alexander and Hot Springs. He was an avid college and professional football fan. He enjoyed celebrating holidays by showering the ladies in his family with gifts, flowers, and chocolates.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.
