Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Robertson

Feb 16th, 1948 - Jan 30th, 2026

Biography:

Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Robertson, 77, of Little Rock, went to her heavenly home on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Betty Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Elizabeth Adams Robertson; cousin, James Shelby Lewis; and nephew, Jeffrey Wilkerson. She is survived by two sisters, Marilyn Marshall (Joe) and Gloria Berry; a twin brother, Billy Hayes Robertson; nephew, Russell Wilkerson; niece, Tracy Wilkerson Cude; and cousins Jeannine Lewis Hathcoat, Scott Adams, and Pamela Adams Malory. Special mention: her beloved cats Maggie Ann and Pepper.

She graduated in 1966 from Little Rock Central High School. Her positive nature and ability to put those around her at ease provided the framework for a successful career with the Arkansas Gazette, Regions Bank, and eventually retiring from the Sixth Judicial District, Prosecuting Attorney’s office.  She held special appreciation for the people in that office as well as many prior colleagues and friends.

Betty Ann will be remembered as a “ray of sunshine” bringing joy wherever she went.  She had a contagious smile and the rare gift of finding joy in the little things in life. A lifelong cat lover, she showered affection on felines everywhere, especially those of her family and friends.

A private family gathering will be held to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Humane Society of Pulaski County. Arrangements are under the direction of RuebelFuneralHome.com

I have known precious Betty Ann since first grade at Franklin/hardin Bale and Billy and Marilyn. I wish you peace and love with your memories as well. She was like a little sunbeam and will be missed by all who knew her/family. Homeroom partners are special people and
Billy I think of you two sitting in front of me not knowing where our lives would lead. God's peace!

Our heart hurts for Billy Hays and Marilyn. Betty Ann was so kind and loving to our Mother when she visited Billy Hays. We had such good family time together.

I met “Ms.Betty” when we both worked at the prosecutor’s office. She always had a smile on her face and nothing seemed to ever be able to take that smile away. I enjoyed walking into work everyday knowing she was going to be there smiling and wishing everyone a good morning.

My condolences to Betty Ann's family. She and I were classmates at Little Rock Central High. She was friendly and always had a smile. Later in life we reconnected when she worked at the Prosecutor's office. I worked in criminal law and called or visited the prosecutor's office frequently. She was the first person I would see when I walked through the door and she still had that same friendly personality and lovely smile.
May the many cherished memories you have of happy times with Betty Ann bring you comfort as you continue your earthly journey

I met Betty Ann when she came to the prosecuting attorney office, she was always in a good mood and made everyone around her happy. I did a painting of one of her cats and I still use all the Christmas decorations she gave me over the years. Love you and I know heaven is smiling more now that you are there
