Dow settled in Little Rock with his wife, Rebecca Odom Currier, and together they built a life and raised their family. Their marriage spanned 59 years, a testament to their enduring love and commitment. Dow was a profoundly devoted husband and father, and he lovingly cared for Rebecca until her passing in 2024.
His career saw him traveling extensively across the country in industrial sales. Later, he served as an engineer specialist for the city of Little Rock, retiring at 73. In his retirement, Dow cherished attending countless dance and sporting events for his granddaughters, a true joy for him.
Dow was a man of many passions. He was an avid craftsman, collector, and reader, and he embraced the outdoors. He held a special interest in aviation and was, throughout his life, a fervent supporter of the Arkansas Razorbacks. But his biggest passion in life was caring for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dow Winburn Currier Sr. and Sue Herron Currier; his sister, Martha Currier Taylor; his wife, Rebecca Odom Currier; and his grandson, Maxson Dow Lendermon.
