Biography: It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of David Brian Holcomb, Sr., age 56, a resident of Little Rock.  Brian was born on August 7, 1968 in Little Rock to J. Robert “Bob” and Carol Walters Holcomb.  Brian fought a courageous battle against cancer and succumbed to this terrible disease on June 27, 2025.    
 
Brian loved life!  He enjoyed traveling, playing poker and being with his many friends.  He was a true entrepreneur and after successfully completing one business venture, he moved to the next.  Always seeking something new and better.   
 
Brian was predeceased by his loving mother, Carol Walters Holcomb, and his grandparents, J. Robert and Lois Holcomb, and Lois Walters.  He is survived by his children David Brian Holcomb, Jr., Savannah Dean Holcomb, Maximus Holcomb and Dominic Holcomb.  He is also survived by his father, J. Robert “Bob” Holcomb, his brother, Todd Holcomb (Debbie) and his nieces Robyn Coles (Andrew) and Erin Prather (Blake) along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 
 
A celebration of Brian’s life will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 W. Markham St, Little Rock, Arkansas on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 with a visitation from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:30. 
 
The family wishes to thank the Cottages of Poplar Grove and Baptist Hospice for the wonderful care shown to Brian during this difficult time.
