Dear Betsy and family,

You are all in my heart and prayers. Your father was a real trooper. We here at AETN will miss him and found him to be an inspriration on the Tribute Tour to Washington, D.C. last June. I wish you all well and hope that your time with him was a treasury of memories that is priceless to you. I know that I will remember him always. God bless you.

Sincerely,

David Elmore
