Biography: Ramona “Mona” Lee Bogart DeMilt, 66, of Little Rock passed away Friday, July 12th, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mona was born on December 27th, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Henry Dalton Bogart and Bette Kohl Bogart.

Mona was a wild spirit, she traveled coast to coast in the US (with a few excursions elsewhere as well) and had a story to share every step of the way. She loved and lived every moment with a smile and a sassy remark. Her love of music and games brought her closer to anyone who had the privilege of enjoying them with her.

She gave a mother’s love to anyone who came to her door. Many people called her “mom” beside her children, and she had a nickname for each one. She encouraged, comforted, nourished, protected, and was proud of all of them.

Mona is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Bette, her Aunt Eleanor Bogart Connelly and son Zachary Arnold. Mona is survived by her son Dalton Arnold (Sydney), daughter-in-law Imelda Rodriguez and grandchildren Adrian, Elena, Hunter, Henry and Olivia. Mona is also survived by her Uncle and Godfather Bill Kohl, her sister Deena Reynolds (Paul), nephews Hunter Goodwin Sr, Drake Reynolds(Riley), Adam Reynolds(Rachel), and grandnephew Hunter Goodwin Jr.

Special thanks to the staff of Baptist Hospital and Arkansas Home Hospice for their wonderful treatment and encouragement of Mona and her family.

A celebration of Ramona’s life will be held Wednesday, July 24th, at 10am at Grace Lutheran Church, 5124 Hillcrest Ave, Little Rock, AR. 72205.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Out of the Woods Animal Rescue of Arkansas (P.O. Box 7365, Little Rock, AR. 72217) or Grace Lutheran Church Building Fund (P.O.Box 250769, Little Rock, AR. 72205). Arrangements are entrusted to Ruebel Funeral Home, RuebelFuneralHome.com
