Biography: Jo Dene Smith, our beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, passed away Sunday evening, February 5, 2024. She was born in Cushman, Arkansas, on December 20, 1926.
Jo Dene was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn “Smitty” Smith, parents, Clarence and Nola Campbell, sister Freda Mott, brother Edward Campbell. She is survived by brother-in-law Joe Mott Sr. and sister-in-law Pat Campbell. Nieces Vicki Matthews (Hal), Sharon Barbee, nephews Joe Mott Jr and Bryan Campbell. Great nieces Clare Matthews Warner, Callie Matthews, Taylor Barbee and Renee Mott. Great nephew Preston Mott.
