Mark, Susan, Ed, and the entire family: We just found out about Van and we are so sorry to hear this. What an amazing man who shared so much of his life and his many stories with our father/husband (Bob E. Hall) growing up and throughout their many years in the Insurance Industry. They both blessed us with so much while on this earth. We always have a Van Manning story to share when we are all together. Please know we send our love and prayers for comfort to you all.
Love, The Bob E. Hall Family

Susan & Mark - my mother and Mary Manning were dear friends and my older brother, Scott Hamilton Jr. was a high school classmate of Van. Van certainly had a remarkable life and I feel honored to have known him. I was with you in spirit today for his service. Joanne H. Riddick

I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Van Manning! He also encouraged me to work hard to achieve Eagle Scout and was a role model to me of how a good American citizen should conduct himself. I saw in him an extremely patient leader who earned the respect of all of the young men that he worked with. He was clearly one of the 2 or 3 individuals in my life that help set my path straight and my eyes always fixed on helping others. He gave the most valuable thing of all to others possible: His Time! Thank you, Mr. Manning.
