Biography: Arthur “Art” Francis McNiff Jr. (50) departed this life peacefully in Little Rock, Arkansas, with
family by his side on December 18th, 2023.

He was 50 years old , born September 26, 1973 in St.Louis, Missouri to the late Carol and
Arthur McNiff. He grew up with 3 siblings. His sister Dawn Fox, brother Chris McNiff, and his
half-brother John Wolff. He had been blessed with two beautiful children son Devin McNiff and
daughter Hannah McNiff. In recent years he was blessed by his girlfriend Deanna Johnston
Rios and her puppy dog Otis.

Arthur always liked to fish, golf, ride his four wheeler, playing with his puppy dog Otis and do
anything outdoors. He had an amazing soul and his children were his pride and joy. The love
they shared and the many precious memories they created together will forever be cherished by
them.

He will be having a celebration of life in the later months and it will be announced by his
daughter Hannah McNiff. All memorial donations may be donated to his GoFundMe under
“Memorial for Arthur McNiff”. Any other memorials may be sent to 705 Virginia Street St.Clair,
MO 63077 where they will be received by his daughter.
