Biography:
Kathryn Ann “Kathy” Ratcliffe Koehler of Little Rock was born on August 2, 1955 and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 29, 2023
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Willam A Ratcliffe Jr., mother Mary Louise Wilbern Ratcliffe, grandparents, C.H. and Annie Wilbern and aunt Margaret Wilbern.
Kathy grew up in the Sweet Home community on her grandparents dairy and parents farms and continued in daily operations.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 33 years Steve Koehler. Brothers John Maertens of Little Rock, Wilbern Maertens of Redding, CA, and W. Adam Ratcliffe III (Deanna) of Bentonville; step-daughter Marian Koehler; nieces and nephews, Lara Maertens Neely (Alan), Courteney Ratcliffe Melancon (Paul), Hunter and MaryGrace Ratcliffe, Paul, Ben and Teddy Maertens; great-nieces and great-nephew, Juliana Rhea, and Taylor and Jean Paul Melancon.
Kathy was a Pulaski County Master Gardner since 2009, a founding member of the 4-H Demonstration Garden Project, and also worked on the Pulaski County Courthouse and Pinnacle Mountain Projects.
She was a member of the Pulaski County Farm Bureau board and a strong supporter of Arkansas Agriculture and the Extension Service.
A private family graveside service was held at Pine Grove Cemetery in Sweet Home, Arkansas and a celebration of Kathy's life will be held at the Garden at the Vines 4-H Center in Ferndale on October 14, 2023 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.

Way back my das would sometimes buy hay from her the Wilburn’s for our milk cows.
Kathy was so very nice to me.
