Fred and I attended Holy Souls Catholic schoool together since 1st grade. In 7 th and 8 th grade we served as Alter Boys under MSGR Francis Allen, thiis when Mass was performed in Latin. One time at the Sunday 11:00 service it was announced that MSGR Allen and one of the Alter Boys was out sick and a Alter Boy was needed for the guest Priest who would celebrate Mass.
My Father proudly jumps up and quickly volunteers me to fill in.
The guest Priest was Father George Tribou Head Master of Catholic High. That was the first time I heard him speak.Short Version of his Sermon was the same things I heard him say at Catholic High all the time.
All in attendence better straighten up and due the right thing or you were going to hell for sure.Fire and Brimstone on full display.

My condolences to Mike's family for their loss. He and his twin sister Edwina and I were among the 1968 graduating class at Hot Springs High School--the last group of seniors to graduate from the old building constructed during World War I. He always had a good heart and an infectious smile, and was a friend to everyone he met. He will be missed...

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family. When I was hired at Fireman's Fund in 1975 I sat at the desk Mike had used during his training. He was transfereed to the Chicago office and I was hired.

I was surprised to hear of Mike’s passing. He called me out of the blue last winter because he heard his cousin had moved to Fayetteville and wanted to see what was up! That was Mike, always a kind hello to just touch bases. Susie and Mike sent the best Christmas cards in the world! Will miss him and send Susie my deepest condolences for her loss!

June and I are so sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed seeing Mike come into the office with his wonderful smile and usually a funny joke. He had a plethora of information about the city of Little Rock and the growth of the city. We would have conversations about many subjects and both of us were experts on each topic we spoke about. We know you will miss him greatly, but you will feel comfort knowing that he has now seen the face of GOD and is now sharing a story with him.
May he Rest in Eternal Peace.

Your wit and smile will be dearly missed my friend and fraternity brother of many years. We mourn his passing but in the midst of our grief and sorrow, we must take time to pause and smile as we celebrate the the very bright light he shed on many of our lives and the indelible legacy he leaves.
