Biography: Charles B Fletcher, Jr. – Charlie to his friends – passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. He was born January 12, 1957, in Maywood, California. He is survived by his mother, Jerry V. Fletcher, sister, Cindy Cones, brother-in-law, Edward Cones, two sons, Jonathan Fletcher and Jamie Harris, and best friend, Jim Simmons.
Charlie led an active life. He loved being outdoors and loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. He raced motorcycles and cars for a period and traveled all over the country fishing and hunting with his friends. He retired as a maintenance supervisor for the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. He was a master electrician and worked most of his life with his father in the family business, Fletcher Electric of Little Rock, Arkansas.
A celebration of his life will be held at a future date.
