How dear Clay was to me when my son, Parkin, died. I'll never forget his kindness. He was a wonderful friend to Parkin. And he was a brilliant, fascinating man. He was so loved by his dear Mother, Phyllis, who I also loved. I am so sorry for your loss.

I worked in the Railroad Litigation Department at the Friday Firm while Clay was there. He was brilliant, kind, and quick witted. I loved his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. He left us too soon. I’m sorry for your loss.

Clay you will be missed. Clay was a great friend , and such a great conversationalist. Despite his amazing and sharp intellect , he always made you feel comfortable while visiting. I know he impacted so many people in a positive manner after moving to New Orleans. Rest in Peace my friend. Andrew Meadors.
