Biography: Mrs. Florida Traylor Goff, age 87, of Little Rock died August 31, 2007. She was born on December 13, 1919 in Kansas City, MO to the late Clarence and Seba Traylor. She graduated from Little Rock High School and Little Rock Junior College. Mrs. Goff worked as a book keeper for Lyons Machinery for many years. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and active in the Shepherd Center. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Fred Goff, her step-sons; Gary Goff of Sherwood and Larry Goff of Houston, TX; her daughter-in-law, Pat Schmidt of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren, Sandy Scialdone ( Greg ) of Raleigh, NC, Don Schmidt, Jr. ( Caroline ) of Atlanta, GA, Scott Ferguson of Atlanta and Tammy Callahan of Houston, TX. Mrs. Goff is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; niece, Carol Edgin of San Diego and many other nieces and nephews in the Gillette, AR and Memphis, TN areas. She was preceded in death by her son, Don Schmidt and her siblings, Robert, Charles and Virginia. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 4, in the chapel of Ruebel Funeral Home with Dr. Robin Moore officiating. Burial will be private.
