Roxanna was the first to welcome me to the Circle when I moved 55 years ago. Great neighbors. Bill is now reunited with Roxanna, the love of his life.

Darnell, that is what you asked us to call you, not Mr. Darnell, not Bill, just Darnell, you were a huge influence on my life. You taught the whole neighborhood how to play kick the can, and me how to work in the drugstore. Not to mention the rolls of barely expired film that you let me have to learn my craft. You helped me become the person I am today. You will be missed.

Your dad was always so sweet to me and funny too; I always felt so welcomed at your house, by your mom and dad, when we were growing up. He always made us his "famous" cheeseburgers! What a dear, he will be missed. I am praying for comfort and peace for all of you in your great loss. Love, Cindi
