Jimmy was my oldest living friend and my best friend for the first 25 years of my life.
When he moved to Little Rock, and I to Texas, our paths seldom crossed again, though we stayed in contact throughout our lives.
During high school Jim and I gave parties together, at my parents home in Fort Smith, and Mr. and Mrs. Dyke were always present to chaperone also.
I will miss him He was special.
