I met Kathryn as I do so many others, she was opposing counsel. From my perspective she approached her profession as one would a calling. She was tough, hard charging and defended her client as if he were her own child. I grew to respect her tenacity and looked forward to developing a professional relationship going forward. I’m sorry I didn’t meet her sooner. To Amy and her children, I am so very sorry for your loss. I will remember her.

I am so sorry to hear that Kathryn passed away. Kathryn and I met when I moved into Financial One back in 2012. My suite was located diagonally across from hers, and my husband had recently been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. It was great to have her perspective about his illness and various treatments! We also shared our love for the law and for helping children and families. There are very few attorneys who I have seen willingly sacrifice their time and resources to "right a wrong!"

And let me say to her children that your Mother was so very proud of you and you were her joy! I moved out before I got to hear about her grandchildren I am sad to say. Your Mother's legacy left a great legacy behind for each of you and shared her love for others in all she tried to so!

I will miss her!
