Linda I never did get to tell you personally how sorry I was to hear of Bob’s passing. I think back over all the years I knew him, and then you. Lots of smiles and laughter came from Bob, not to mention a little bit of mischievous thrown in. He was a little bit crazy in his younger days, but full of fun. I’m sure you miss him tremendously as does Virginia.

Hi honey,

Well, your granddaugher is now a softball pitcher. You would be so proud of her. She is going to a championship player. Janell is now engaged and John, wow, I am so proud of him.

The family is moving forward as you wished. I have been talking to someone I think you might like. Have not met them yet, so we will see what happens. I am keeping flowers by your ashes as I promised. Really miss you and you will remain with a piece of my heart forever. However, I am doing as we always talked about and that is moving forward and meeting someone else to share my life with. Please keep a close on me and help guide me through this journey.

Love always
Linda

Hi Honey,

It almost a yeat since I have looked at that beautiful baby face and those gorgeous eyes. I truly miss you will all my heart. We were true partners with all the ups and downs we survived them all. I go to Two Rivers as you well know and I hope, or should I say I know you are listening to every thing I say. I could use some direction from you as I am trying to move on. Please keep an eye on me, as I may stumble and fall hoping you will be there to pick up the pieces. You are my world and will remain in my heart forever. Your loving wife Linda

Hi Honey,

Well, I got to bring your ashes home today. I did exctly what you asked for. No memorial, your were cremated as you wished. I am going to buy a nicer urn that we can both go in. I will tell you that I am going to celebrate your birthday with everyone.

I really miss your smile, laughter, farts and jokes. Oh yeah, your shorts, whether it is summer or winter those legs were out. Our snuggles in bed, our long talks and the way we solved all the worlds probems in one night. I miss all our walks no matter what state we were in or why we were there. You realize we probably walked the whole United States as much as we walked. Those were great talks too.
It is really true that you do not know how much you are going to miss someone until they are gone. You know you were my everything. Right now, I just feel numb. I know you are looking down on me and I will be as strong as I can.
My wish for you is that you found your parents and mine, plus Indy, Sallyjean and Peanut along with your friends.
I will join you as soon as God lets me. See you then.

Love you with all my heart.
Your wife Linda

Linda and John, I am so sorry for your lost. Bob was a great husband and father. In fact Bob was a great man to all he met and knew. He love the out doors, hunting, fishing, his yard work and especially watching the Arkansas Razorbacks. For a lot of us, he was our mentor. He would listen and carefully give good advice. He loved his family and was always there to help them in trying times and needs. His door was always open.
God has really called home a great son. Bob will always remain in our hearts and our love. For Bob was love,
