Biography:
Mary Kathleen Shinall Williamson of Little Rock passed away on
June 2, 2021. She was born on January 3, 1944 in Pine Bluff, AR.
Her parents, Arnold B. Shinall and Royce D. Shinall, brother, Leslie Shinall, and sister, Gay Shinall Jones preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Mark V. Williamson, her two children, Mark S. Williamson (Debbie) and Gaye Williamson. Grandchildren include Taylor Williamson, Ashley Williamson, Hayden Woodall, and Griffin Woodall and one great-grandchild, CharLee Elizabeth Edwards.
Kathy was a graduate of Pine Bluff High School where she was a Zebra cheerleader. She was competitive, hard to beat at tennis or golf, and loved a game of scrabble or bridge with friends to test her wit.
She was a talented artist, and, like her mother, her memory will live on through her many paintings. Kathy loved being by Mark’s side with family and friends whether it was golfing, weekends at Lake Ouachita, floating the Big Piney, or skiing in Colorado. Kathy especially liked fishing and would fish all day at Hill Lake, Jackson Point, or Sabourin Lake Lodge, Canada.
A visitation will be on Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 2 to 4 pm at Ruebel Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 2 pm in the sanctuary at Second Presbyterian Church. Private interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make donations to CARTI or Arkansas Hospice. Arrangements are under the direction of RuebelFuneralHome.com

Me Condolences to Mr Mark and the family I pray for peace and comfort for this family. Cathy was beautiful inside and out, I will remember the good laughs we had and what she has taught me. I know God is pleased with her.
