Biography: Cynthia Louise Hall Woodiel (nee Culpepper) devoted Christian, known for lavishing love on family and friends and turning any event into a celebration, joined our Lord on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Her courage against a rare blood cancer was a testament to her faith and strength. May her memory be eternal.

Cindi, beloved wife of Shon Woodiel; cherished mother of Brandon Hall (Sarah) and Lyndsay Felton (Tim); adored “Mim” of Taylor (Andi), Avery, Brayden, Beatrix, and Landrey; dearly loved sister of Carol (Tommy) Dew, Sharon (Roger) Land, Jim (Kay) Culpepper, Don (Ginger) Culpepper, Randy (Greg) Culpepper; precious aunt to all her nieces and nephews; and dear friend to so many, will be sorely missed by all, living forever in our hearts.

She was born August 16, 1950 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to James Dewood and Mildred Josephine Culpepper.  Cindi attended college at ASU, majoring in education.  She briefly taught at the elementary level but soon left to focus on raising her children. Then, with her creativity and exuberant sense of fun, established an innovative and successful children’s theme party business. Cindi later applied her passion for adornment to Interior Design, particularly during the Christmas season when she was a much sought-after decorator, all the while growing another successful business.

Cindi volunteered her talents to Partners Against the Trafficking of Humans (PATH), Birthright, Dorcas House and The Call, as she believed in supporting their missions.

A celebration of Cindi’s life will be held at New Life Church, 8000 Crystal Hill Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72118 on Monday, March 29, 2021 beginning at 2 pm.

Flowers, or donations to Cindi’s volunteer organizations, are welcome.

I knew Cindi from Church and Grade School and all through high school. Not only was she a beautiful woman but she was kind and loving to everyone. I hate that I missed that hug she was going to give me at the next reunion. She brought joy to my life. My prayers for her family for comfort and strength. God bless you.

To Cindi's family,

I adored Cindi. She started out as my decorator and quickly became a friend. I will never forget all the fun times we had together laughing and her letting me pretend I was decorating.

She fought the good fight and now she is in God's hands. May she now Rest in Peace watching down over all of us.

All my love,

We were at one time neighbors. Our house was through the alley behind the Kennedy’s house. We lived on Talbot. Cindi and I used to play together. Of course, Jim, you and I were classmates at PBHS. It sounds as if Cindi had a very happy life with family that adored her. Peace be with you! Renee Morgan Flynn

Cindi was my decorator and good friend. Her coming into my life was a blessing. We spent so many hours together looking for things, making plans, measuring things and mostly laughing and having fun. We always joked about how many times we had to get the tape measure out to measure the same thing over and over. She gave me a book, "Jesus Calling" that I keep by my chair. She and I picked out almost everything in this house together and so I am blessed to see her everywhere I look. She was one of the sweetest people I ever knew, just entirely loveable. I will miss her so very much. Rest in peace my sweet friend.
