Biography: Mary Ashley Bunch Proffitt, 41, passed away Tuesday March 23, 2021.  She was born April 4, 1979 in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

Ashley’s personality was larger than life, her smile could light up a room and her laugh was truly contagious.  She loved people from all walks of life, discovering new cultures but dearest to her heart was her son Harrison. 

Ashley is survived by her husband, John Proffitt; her son, Harrison Merchant; her mother, Mary Frances Bunch and her husband Richard Sefcovic; her father and his wife, Lewis and Libby Bunch; and her sister and her wife, Austin Ayers and Kristina Martinez.

  A celebration of Ashley’s life will be held on March 28, 2021 at 2pm at Ruebel Funeral Home.  COVID-19 guidelines will be observed.

Our hearts are hurting,too, with the death of Harrison’s mom. We didn’t know she was sick. Our prayers are with the whole family. We love you and are sending many hugs.
