Today is Pista's birthday. He would have been 60. I think about him all the time. I would like to thank Carol for calling me that day. Mama used to always say how great it would be if Pista could make a living telling stories. Thank you Pista for all the espressos you made her and how you made her comfortable and not insecure of herself. Pista had a wonderful heart. It seems the most talented are the most tortured inside and Pista was very talented in many areas. Without going into detail I would like to thank him . Thank you Pista for the rubbing stones (yours and mine). Thank you for soccer and ' The Old Man and the Sea'. Thank you for 'Unchained Melody'. Thank you for Coco and Allball. It took me 30 years but I finally heard the cry.. Pista was a friend deep in my heart. I hope he knew how much he was loved.

I am sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers. He was full of life with much potential, and his passing was so premature. Yet I believe he has gone to a better place as he is joining Pista Baci. Will always remember his tender presence, and miss him. Love you all..

We will always remember Pista for his outsized personality and love of life. He always had something new to share and had an infectious enthusiasm that we appreciated. In the terrible time when his father became ill and eventually passed away, he stepped up and did his best as the eldest son. We will miss him. Our condolences to his family.
