Biography: Kay Evans Wallace, 76, of Little Rock died Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

He was born January 1, 1944 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Emmett E Wallace and Alyce Robbs Wallace. He retired from Staley Data Systems having previously been active in the insurance business, then later opened Little Rock’s first dry ice business with his brother Gene Wallace who predeceased him.

He is survived by his wife, Anita Handley; sons, Daniel O’Neal and Douglas O’Neal; twin sisters, Nancy Lou Jarvis of  N.C., Lynn Ross of  TX.; nieces, Brandi Sanders of  VA., Jennifer Ross Chen of  TX., Leslye Delehanty of FL.; nephew John Wallace of  NC., and many wonderful friends.

No memorial service is planned at this time. For those who knew Kay- his laughter and spontaneous humor- he will always be remembered.

I can still distinctly hear his laugh! Kay and I worked together at Staley for many years. I never had to guess what he was thinking, he was so quick witted! He kept all of us on our toes and he made us a better company each and every day.
Anita, my heartfelt condolences for this tremendous loss.

Sorry to hear of Kay's death. I will pray for him and all of the family. Kay was a friend from high school days at Morrilton High School and he ran track with me. Always happy and had a smile on his face and you wondered where his next prank would come from. RIP
