Mrs. Thompson and family,
It was a pleasure knowing and working with Everett while working at the Conway Corporation . Everett was God fearing, intelligent, dedicated and caring person. He was very helpful to the Conway Corporation after retiring from Arkansas Power & Light Co. Everett was a good friend and I enjoyed working with him very much. Our Country would a mush better place with more people like Mr. & Mrs. Thompson. May GOD bless and comfort you. Your friend, Roger

Lee, Tom, Lee Anne, Davis, and Vikki- I am so sorry to hear this. I have so many fond memories of all of us at St. Luke, camping shenanigans, family get togethers, and many, many other fun times that will always be etched in my memories forever. I can still hear him calling my name at the church! I know your hearts are broken, but God needed him to calculate all those numbers in heaven and I’m sure he will not make a mistake. Thoughts and prayers for peace and comfort in the coming days. Please give your Mom a hug for us.

Love,
Nancy Brown Sparks & Steve

I met Everett when I started with AP&L in 1963. When employees accompanied him on company business, driving, they were amazed at his ability to start a story upon leaving and finishing it as they arrived at their destination. Along they way Ev would describe the company's facilities and their histories, he was amazing in that way. He was a good man. My condolences to his family.
