I recently acquired a photo, probably from high school, of an attractive Jimmie Lee Herrington, and also a newspaper notice of a Jim O'Lee Steele who was elected queen in the Annual Little Rock High School popularity contest. No dates on either.

Not knowing if this is the same person, I would be glad to forward scans of one or both to the family.

The relationship is through my Clark line in Arkansas.

Sincere condolences,
Linda

We are so sorry for your loss !We will both miss seeing her on our daily walks. Mike , I'll always remember the days she took us to the "country place" and drove us around with reckless abandon-I still appreciate her young spirit and fantastic positive attitude about life !

I loved the obit!! When I was talking to my husband last night about your mother, I told him that my fondest, funnest memory of her was of an afternoon after school when I am sure that my Daddy was out of town and yours was probably at the hospital and your mother was teaching us how to do the Charleston. We danced into the evening and, at that time, I could not remembered having had a better time in my short life--all 10 of them!! God bless you all...Stevie

What a beautiful picture of Jimmie! We're so sad that she has left us all, but I know that, right at this very moment, she is on that dance floor in heaven in the arms of her beloved. We're thinking of you all -- her precious family -- with love and sympathy.
