Richard, I am so sorry to hear of Sandra's passing. She was such a sweet lady and she brightened my day each time we crossed paths. I will miss her kind smile. I am thankful for the 2 years I knew her, but even now she will still make me smile whenever I go past your condo and I think of her in Heaven. I admire you for being such a devoted son and taking care of your mom. My prayers are with Sandra, you and your family. Rebecca (and Charley) Sullivan
