Dear Diane and Sons: I worked for Hayden from around 1978-1980 at Natkin Service. I have such fond
memories of Hayden and think of his "advice" often. I will never forget what a character Hayden was!
My Mom was a southener so I think our senses of humore were both on the silly side. It made work fun, for sure.
One time he had me sing a song for him. Little did I know he tape recorded me. He played it at the next meeting
for all the guys... I could have died. But it was pretty funny. He would sometimes (if he was bored)call me into his office and
just tell me stories (he loved to tell stories). Another thing he would do occasionally is chant from his office "Number 19, Number 19" which meant he wanted me to go to Togos and get us lunch. And just know this was before politically correct came around- he had what he called a proxy stick and he would sometimes sneak up and poke me with it. I know these things sound crazy but he was just good hearted and a lot of fun. He loved his wife Diane so much and he told me "She is just like Loretta Young running around"- I think this was a beautiful compliment. He was also very proud of hsis 4 Sons! Hayden was a great Boss and just someone who left a lasting impression on my heart- I will never forget him. Rest in Peace Hayden... I hope you have an appreciative audience in Heaven!

I am not even sure where to start...I met Hayden in the most difficult time of my life. I was going through a divorce at 28 with a 3 year old and a 4 year old. Hayden believed I could do anything. He trained me to be an all-star maintenance salesperson and single handily shaped my 30 year career in the HVAC business. I cannot state how important he was to me at that time.

As a woman in the HVAC business, it was not always easy. Hayden knew just how to support me and not coddle me. We were an amazing team. Not long ago I called Hayden to say THANK YOU! In 2019, I was the Chairman of the Year of MSCA (Mechanical Service Contractors Association)-there is no way I could have ever done that without him; as the first woman this was an extraordinary accomplishment!

Hayden also advised me on "how" to choose my 2nd husband. I would like to tell you what he told me, but if you know Hayden, I better just keep that to my self and smile. I am happily married for 21 years:).

I will always treasure and love Hayden and cannot even imagine how difficult this time is on Diane and the boys. xoxox

PS. Morgan, thank you so much for calling me!!! Jaimi

I met Hayden in San Diego and it was at his suggestion that I interview for a position here in Little Rock and we did in fact relocate. Not sure if we should blame or say thank you to Hayden, but I will certainly miss his friendship.

Hayden was an extraordinary man that I, personally, have known since I was twelve years old. His humor was wonderful and he was always ready with a humorous story. He and my sister raised four great sons who were lucky to have them as parents. Love and prayers to all the boys and their children, as well as to my lovely sister Diane.
