memories of Hayden and think of his "advice" often. I will never forget what a character Hayden was!
My Mom was a southener so I think our senses of humore were both on the silly side. It made work fun, for sure.
One time he had me sing a song for him. Little did I know he tape recorded me. He played it at the next meeting
for all the guys... I could have died. But it was pretty funny. He would sometimes (if he was bored)call me into his office and
just tell me stories (he loved to tell stories). Another thing he would do occasionally is chant from his office "Number 19, Number 19" which meant he wanted me to go to Togos and get us lunch. And just know this was before politically correct came around- he had what he called a proxy stick and he would sometimes sneak up and poke me with it. I know these things sound crazy but he was just good hearted and a lot of fun. He loved his wife Diane so much and he told me "She is just like Loretta Young running around"- I think this was a beautiful compliment. He was also very proud of hsis 4 Sons! Hayden was a great Boss and just someone who left a lasting impression on my heart- I will never forget him. Rest in Peace Hayden... I hope you have an appreciative audience in Heaven!
