Miss Marguerite was a wonderful friend to me when my husband Johnnie played for the Arkansas Travelers. We sat together at every game. She was a wealth of knowledge and held the history of the team and her beloved Little Rock, in the palm of her hand. Over 40 years later, I remember her like it was yesterday. Johnnie and I loved her dearly. She has been -and will always be missed. A heavenly reunion will definitely involve baseball friends!

I’m so sorry to hear of Marguerite’s passing. She and my mother, Nancy Ortmeyer Gates were the best of friends. I remember many happy times with both Marguerite and her mom at the apartment on Louisiana . God’s blessings to a precious lady.
