In 1996 I was lucky enough to be introduced to Jeff when he got in the TV business at KTHV. At the time, I was working as an Account Executive at KARK and we instantly hit it off as great friends never seeing ourselves as competitors. Over the years we remained close and I was blessed having a special bond with him these last several years. So many things come to my mind when I think of Jeff, but the one thing that will always stand out is his love for his family and his huge heart he always had for others. Jeff's special gift was lifting others up and making them feel as if they were the most important person. He did so many special things for me and my children over the years that I will never forget. I will miss his face and the many phone calls I would receive and hear him say, "Hey Boo Boo" on the other end. Words cannot express how much he will be missed. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to know and love him as I did. Rest in peace in my sweet friend. I will never forget you and the laughter. My constant prayers are going up to his entire family; Phil, Linda, Brian, Angela, Austin and Madelyn as well as his countless friends that loved him.

I called Jeff a friend and worked with him for many years. We had good times together and I can hear his voice ringing up the hall when he saw me "Crafty!". We did a lot of business together through the years, and enjoyed our time together. He was one of the good guys and very well liked by everyone that knew him. We played golf together many times and I loved his lock and load style on tee shots. He quickly addressed the ball gave a brief glance down the fairway and let 'er rip. He had a great swing and his timing was well above an average golfer. I was with him the day he won a car with a hole-in-one at Diamant?'. His departure is a true loss for those who really knew him and it's hard to imagine how devistating it must be for his family to lose him. May almighty God show you mercy and peace through this incredibly difficult time. To Jeff's friends, I pray that we can get through the sadness of losing such a man that was bigger than life to us all. This leaves a big hole since he was so likeable and downright accepting of everyone, regardless of their nature. I will truly miss him and will always remember him as if he were right there to speak back to me...his face, his smile, his forgiving spirit, his voice that was so unique and above all, the fact that he called me a friend. Rest in peace as you continue to live on in all our memories. Your spirit and your family and friends are in my prayers.

I am so saddened to hear this terrible news. Our children had such wonderful times together in the youth fellowship at First United Methodist, Lottle Rock. They continued to be good friends, and he was a very kind and considerate friend. There is nothing worse than being a parent left behind. My heart goes out to you.
