Biography: Mary Sherrill Heerwagen, 69, of Little Rock, AR, passed peacefully into eternal rest on March 9, 2018, at her home. In her lifetime, Heerwagen did things her own way with passion, enthusiasm, creativity, independence and love and a little bit of crazy. Her utmost passion in life was her love for Jesus and a desire for all to know Him deeply, especially those she loved greatly. Later, Heerwagen worked for Dillard?s then started her own interior design business, Sherrill Brogdon Interiors, then successively owned and operated The Drapery Workroom and finally becoming a sales rep for The Mark Roberts Brand, all of which she enjoyed immensely. Years later she completed her college education earning a Diploma in Christian Ministry from Arkansas Baptist School of Biblical Studies subsequently completing her Clinical Pastoral Education to become a Chaplain at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She loved being a chaplain, especially in the emergency room. Heerwagen was the oldest of three children and is survived by her sister, Deanie Heerwagen of Fayetteville, AR; her children, Patrick Cameron of Fayetteville, AR, Sherrill Cameron Garland and her husband, Kevin, of Houston, TX, and Woody Brogdon, of Los Angeles, CA; and grandchildren Haley Cameron Reidy and her husband, David, of Denver, CO, Bethany Cameron and Grace Cameron of Fayetteville, AR, Mary Elizabeth Garland of Austin, TX, Charlie Garland of Millsboro, DE, Cameron Garland of Houston, TX, Madeline Brogdon of Chicago, IL, and Matthew Brogdon of Los Angeles, CA.
