Linda and Family,
I greatly enjoyed meeting and visiting with Bill when you were in NWA to see Crystal Bridges. I was delighted to know he was such good friends with my first cousin, Dayton Covington. Bill was a fine gentleman and a pleasure to be with. I am happy you were able to share your lives together. There are many people thinking warm thoughts of each of you at this time.

I'm so sorry Linda. I told mother and she had tears in her eyes. Bill was always one of my favorite characters always smiling and friendly. He will will be greatly missed. I'll really miss his stories and adventures.

Many wonderful memories of Bill and his love of life. One of my most interesting memories is when our families took a two week Governor Laney Good Will Tour for the state..From Little Rock to Boston on the train. We had a unforgettable time.

That grin is forever emblazoned in my mind and heart, with a wondering of what thought, fact, joke, story is hidden behind it. You are all loved and wished the joy of memories to be passed on for generations. Much love, Liz & Mary and the spirit of Crested Butte
