Biography: Jeffrey Allen Karls, 57 of Little Rock, died unexpectedly September 2, 2017. He was born October 28, 1959, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he was the son of Gerald and Jackie Klein Karls. Jeffrey was a talented carpenter, contractor and landscape architect who enjoyed boating, camping, the outdoors, spending time with his grandkids, and playing the guitar and the bass. He expressed his love for music as a member of the John JC Craig & The ISM ONE Project, and the Speakeasy Blues Orchestra. Jeffrey will be remembered for being good at everything he did, and his ability to never meet a stranger. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jon and grandson, Charlie. He is survived by his children; Jordan Karls, Justine Karls & Jacob Karls; his parents; grandchildren; Kloee, Rylee, Alice, Kylee and Jeff; sisters; Jolene and Jenny, brothers; Joel, Jay, and Jamie, and a host of other relatives and special friends. A very casual celebration of Jeffrey's life will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., at Murray State Park, Pavilion #1, 5900 Rebsamen Park Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Art Porter Music Education Scholarship at P.O. Box 166035, Little Rock, Arkansas 72216
